My name is Anthony Mersino and I am the founder of the Project Advisors Group, a consulting firm focused on helping teams work better. I have over 26 years of hands on experience as a project manager, program manager, and PMO Lead. I have a solid track record of helping organizations with PMO startups and revitalization, leading large and complex programs and IT projects, delivering business results under near-impossible timelines, and building team member capabilities.
My current focus is on supporting organizations to understand and adopt agile at the enterprise level, and to revitalize project management offices by helping them to embrace agile thinking to deliver more business value.

I teach a variety of workshops and training courses on topics related to agile development, emotional intelligence, and project management. I also train and coach emerging project leaders through informal mentoring, workshops, and classroom training.
